The Occupational Standards identify:

• 64 key tasks along with their importance and frequency,
• related subtasks, and
• supporting abilities and knowledge.

Download the National Occupational Standard for Undergound Miner. Currently the standard relates to hard rock mining.  Modules for soft rock are undergoing industry validation before inclusion.
